  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp honey

Eat half a banana, and mash the other half in bowl until smooth. Add the honey and mix. Apply on a clean face for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water after.

Banana has vitamins A, B, E, and potassium that moisturizes, lightens dark spots, and lessens wrinkles. Honey is also packed with nutrients that hydrate, decrease the appearance of dark spots, and prevent acne.

BEST FOR: Dry skin

  • ¼ cup oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg white

Cook oatmeal, and let it cool. Mix in the yoghurt, honey, and egg white until fully combined. Put onto face, and leave for 15 minutes before washing with warm water.

Oatmeal soothes really dry and irritated skin, while yoghurt tightens pores and makes the skin soft thanks to the lactic acid it contains. Because of its high protein content, egg white can help firm up skin.

BEST FOR: Sensitive Skin

  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tbsp milk

Mash half an avocado with a fork until texture is smooth. Pour the milk, and stir until it’s well incorporated. Apply on face for 10-15 minutes, then rinse completely.

Benefits of avocado include relieving inflammation and acne and reducing oiliness; milk on the other hand also has lactic acid that can hydrate skin, especially dry and sensitive types; address pigmentation, as well as soothe sunburns.

Packed with vitamins and papain, a special enzyme, papaya evens out skin by fading blemishes and exfoliates it from dead skin cells. Cacao powder is filled with antioxidants which could slow down ageing and keep your skin looking youthful.
